Why I Am A Hardy Boyz Fan
I admit, Matt and Jeff's in-ring ability never caught
my eye for the longest time. I remember watching the
Best of Five series they had with Christian and Edge,
but even then, I didn't pay them much attention. Then
one day everything changed, and now I call myself a
Hardyholic!!!
I am a Jericoholic as well, and someone had posted the
URL for Matt and Jeff's website on the message board.
Being the curious type that I am, I decided to take a
look. I was blown away!!! The one thing that really
got me going at first were Jeff's writings. I think
Jeff is very talented, and for him to share that
talent with his fans, it just blew me away!! I was so
moved, I had tears in my eyes, and even wrote a poem
about it for Jeff. Maybe someday he will read it, who
knows?
From what I read that day, Matt, too, seems like a
very nice guy. I love to read his commentaries and
his responses to fans posts on the message board. :-)
After that, I had to pay special attention to Matt and
Jeff inside the ring, if only to really find out what
all the hoopla was about! Now I know why!! Not a
match goes by where I don't sit there in amazement,
praying they make it to the end of the match safely!
More than anything, I admire Matt and Jeff for working
hard and making their dreams come true. Wrestling fan
or not, Hardy Boys fan or not, that is something
everyone can and should admire about Matt and Jeff.
I hope to one day meet Matt and Jeff. I haven't
really felt the need to meet any wrestler before (OK,
except Bret Hart), but with Matt and Jeff, it is
different. I think it is because we are all close in
age, which I think is just so cool anyway!! It is
nice to see young men in the business, not some fifty
year old (you hear the Hogan??).
